Lead HVAC Technician
Born and raised in Las Vegas, I learned early that trust is earned through hard work, honesty, and showing up when people need you most. Growing up working construction alongside my dad taught me the value of doing things the right way, taking pride in your work, and treating people with respect. Those lessons still guide me every day.
At 25 years old, I bring that same mindset into every home and business I step into. Outside of work, I'm a dedicated Muay Thai fighter and have wrestled for seven years. Those experiences taught me discipline, resilience, and how to stay calm under pressure—qualities that matter when customers rely on someone to solve problems the right way.
I've been in the HVAC industry since 2018, starting as an installer replacing aqua therms and ceiling mounts. I worked my way up through determination and hands-on experience, becoming a technician, comfort advisor, team lead, trainer, and lead installer in Las Vegas. I've installed and serviced a wide range of systems, including heat pumps, gas units, mini splits, swamp coolers, residential systems, and commercial package units.
Today, I work full-time as both a residential and commercial HVAC technician. My goal is simple: treat every customer honestly, explain things clearly, and provide dependable solutions I would feel confident recommending to my own family. Senior HVAC Technician
Omar Leon is a highly experienced and passionate HVAC professional with over 7 years of progressive experience in the industry. He began his career in 2018 as an Apprentice Technician and Installer, where he quickly built a strong foundation in both installation and service work. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to mastering the trade, Omar advanced steadily to the position of Lead Technician.
In his current leadership role, he oversees residential and commercial HVAC installations, repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and service teams while continuing to deliver exceptional hands-on work in the field. Omar has thoroughly studied the technical and practical aspects of HVAC systems from troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing system performance to ensuring energy efficiency and customer comfort. Known for his problem-solving abilities and willingness to go the extra mile, he takes great pride in helping both customers in need and mentoring newer technicians on the team.
